| Mr. Anderson specializes in representing trade
association and nonprofit groups in corporate, nonprofit tax, employment and
antitrust matters. Mr. Anderson is an experienced trail lawyer.
Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Anderson served as a special agent
for the Federal Bureau of Investigation from 1967 to 1970, and as an
Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Maryland from 1979 to
1976. Mr. Anderson has also represented and counseled clients in antitrust
and trade regulation matters. He has served as counsel in numerous
Justice Department and Federal Trade Commission investigations involving
allegations of price fixing, customer allocation, monopolization, unfair
competition, and violation of the Robinson-Patman Act and the Lanham Act.
Mr. Anderson is a graduate of the College of St. Thomas in St. Paul,
Minnesota (1964) and the University of Iowa Law School (1967). |

| Mr. Howe specializes in representing
associations and corporations in employment and labor law matters. Mr.
Howe has represented clients in collective bargaining, unfair labor practice
cases, representation proceedings, discrimination suits, wrongful discharge
cases, wage and hour investigations, and the negotiation of individual
employment contracts. Mr. Howe has lectured and counseled clients in
matters pertaining to sex discrimination, age discrimination, race
discrimination, disability discrimination, workers' compensation, OSHA,
ERISA, MSHC, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Equal Pay Act. He
also has advised and assisted association and corporate clients in the
formation and administration of captive insurance companies, group insurance
plans, and Taft-Hartley trusts. He has represented clients in federal
and state regulatory and legislative proceedings. Mr. Howe is a graduate
of Dartmouth College (1966) and the Law School of the University of Virginia
(1969). He has been in private practice since 1970, and is a member of
the District of Columbia Bar. |

| |
| Mr. Steyer has represented trade associations,
professional societies and corporations in his twenty years of practice in
Washington, D.C. His principal areas of practice include labor and
employment, trade regulations and nonprofit corporation law. Mr. Steyer's
labor and employment practice includes representing employers and
associations in matters involving wage and hour law, wrongful discharge, EEO
and unlawful discrimination. Mr. Steyer also has extensive experience
representing employers in collective bargaining negotiations, union
organizing campaigns, unfair labor practices and in actions before the
National Labor Relations Board.
As general and special counsel to trade associations and professional
societies, Mr. Steyer also provides advice in a wide variety of areas
including: employment matters, contracts, insurance, trademark and
copyright, postal regulations, federal election law, and nonprofit
corporation law including drafting and maintaining articles of incorporation
and bylaws. Mr. Steyer also has an active legislative practice. Mr.
Steyer received his undergraduate degree from Washington University in St.
Louis and a law degree (with honors) from the George Washington University's
National Law Center (1976). He is a member of the bars in the District
of Columbia, Maryland and New York. |

| Mr. Weil has served as defense
counsel to a number of professional liability insurance carriers during his
18 years of private practice in Washington, D.C., Virginia and Connecticut.
As carrier-appointed defense counsel he has litigated errors and omissions
claims made against insurance agents and brokers, real estate agents,
architects, engineers and attorneys in both state and federal courts. In
addition to insurance defense litigation, Mr. Weil works closely with a
number of non-profit organizations located in Washington, D.C. and across
the country. He has advised and counseled non-profit organizations on
a wide variety of issues relating to employment practices, contracts, tax,
antitrust, insurance and corporate governance.
In addition to addressing non-profit organizations on employment-related
issues, insurance and various risk management topics, Mr. Weil has conducted
a number of seminars directed to insurance professionals on the subjects of
loss control, claim prevention and employment practices and discrimination
liability.
Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Weil served as a legislative aide
on the staffs of several members of the Florida delegation to the House of
Representatives.
