Mr. Anderson specializes in representing trade association and non-profit groups in corporate, non-profit tax, employment and antitrust matters. He is an experienced trial lawyer. Prior to entering private practice, he served as a special agent for the Federal Bureau of Investigation from 1967 to 1970, and as an Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Maryland from 1979 to 1976.


Mr. Anderson has also represented and counseled clients in antitrust and trade regulation matters. He has served as counsel in numerous Justice Department and Federal Trade Commission investigations involving allegations of price fixing, customer allocation, monopolization, unfair competition, and violation of the Robinson-Patman Act and the Lanham Act.
